Wedding Co-ordination From £250
You can spend months, even years planning your perfect day and you’ll certainly find it a relief when that never ending tick list of tasks has been completed, you have everything in hand and all that’s left to do is sit back and enjoy what will be the best day of your life…
So, wouldn’t it be a shame after all that careful planning, you aren’t prepared for the unexpected on your wedding day? This is where Edgell’s Events come in. A complete wedding day package designed to relieve you and your friends and family from getting involved in any last minute tasks or trying to solve small hiccups.
From organising fittings, arranging meetings with photographers, florists and other suppliers, to co-ordinating your rehearsal dinner or hair and beauty treatments, to arranging your thank you letters or the preservation of your bouquet! We will co-ordinate each aspect of your wedding. Within this service, you may wish to include optional services, such as our dress shopping day.
We can co-ordinate with suppliers, help manage your plans and do the work on the morning of your wedding, such as the setting up and any last minute errands. Leaving all your guests to be able to enjoy your day with you.
Your dedicated co-ordinator can join you in your planning up to six weeks before your wedding to take off the pressure while you start to enjoy your pre wedding celebrations!
Getting Started From £200
Many couples ask us to help them get started in their wedding planning process. One of our experienced planners will meet with you and get to understand what you want wedding day to be. We will then create a proposal for you which will include appropriate venues, ideas for design and recommended suppliers that can bring your whole day together for you.
You will benefit from our expertise and excellent contacts, as well as be spared the many weekends of venue searching and supplier meetings which means that you’ll be able to spend your valuable time on making real plans for your wedding and first home together.
Locations From £100
Choosing your venue is one of your first major wedding tasks, and it has to be right. There are many venues that you may not have heard of that may be perfect for you. We will ask you a set of questions to define what kind of venue or feel you want, so we aim to provide you with your perfect choices giving the right style and ambience to suit the both of you and at the right price to suit your budget.
We are also able to attend venues with you as well as negotiate and book for you however all deposits are paid by yourselves.
Venue Visits From £25
If you would like us to come to your venue and run through your day, review proposed decorations, or to meet with the venues manager’s we would be happy to do so and share our knowledge and expertise. Additional visits are charged at £10 per hour plus mileage.
Supplier Recommendations From £50
You might know what you want but just don’t know where to find it or which supplier to use. We can advise you on many different suppliers and reliable ones at that! We know in the industry that when you add “wedding” to the title the price goes up dramatically however we with our recommended suppliers can make sure you get what you pay for.
Costume and Dress Shopping From £20
For £20 per hour (depending on location) we can join you in your shopping for your attire whether is be traditional or that fancy style you love, we will advise you on what suits you personally and what will suit your theme. Many people pick something because they think it will suit well we want you to have the dress of your dreams to make everything perfect for you.
We can shop for the suits with your gentlemen and ensure they do not clash with you on the day as some couples have had in the past. We can arrange fittings to take all the hassle away from you giving you more time to concentrate on the real plans.
Creating a Special Surprise! From £50
Surprising your loved one on your wedding day can be a wonderful gift. Recent surprises we have helped arrange include Elvis Presley performer, Luxurious Wedding Night Accommodation for that special night, Horse and Carriage to arrive in style and of course the Karaoke Limousines in Pink, Black and stylish White!
Reception Set Up From £75
Let us take this task off of your friends and family allow them to assist you in your needs and also enjoy your day with you it will be stressful for them too. Our service includes ensuring your favors, table decorations and any other decorations are exactly as you want them (price based on one location). We will also work with your other wedding suppliers at your venues to ensure that the look created is the look that you want.
